The consultants at Senior Care Solutions are passionate about person-centered, quality care! They are experts in defining regulatory standards and building systems to assure continued compliance. During mock surveys, they pinpoint areas of concern and give step-by-step guided assistance to turn those concerns into areas of strength. They are available also to fill vacant positions and quickly build rapport with staff and residents. Throughout the year, the CEO will send immediate updates if there is a new announcement from a government agency and will send any form, policy, procedure, or assistive tool upon request.

We have completed our survey with the Minnesota Department of Health and are doing very well. Although we are no longer in need of our consultant's services at this time, we need to send praise for her! She was fantastic and very helpful!! Thank you for her and your services!

I would like to make sure you pass along to everyone at SCS that your consultant is one of the very best nurses I have ever had come into one of our sites. Everyone at the facility is so impressed with her. She is the very best. Any site that has the pleasure of having her around is so lucky. When the consultant came to help us at our assisted living, she needed very little direction. She jumped right into our world, and she just started to help. She took so much stress off my day by responding to all resident care needs. She takes initiative and has terrific follow-through. Our caregivers have found her to be very helpful, and our residents have come to know and trust in her so quickly. We never want her to leave.

Our site had an annual survey last week…only 4 citations. Not infection control and not substandard care!!!! And we are in 31 patient outbreak for Covid!! Thanks for all your help with the mock survey!
